When your dog gives you puppy eyes you know it only means one thing: hey bud, give that cracker over. Yes dogs will willingly follow you if you've got dog treats. If your one of those helpless dog owners you might as well read along!

Dog treats can be bought anywhere. You can find them almost anywhere. Specialty stores, pet stores, food stores and discount shops have them. They usually range from usual tiny tidbit biscuits to prime time treats such as beef cuts and prime rib. Sometimes, the scraps on the table too.

Dog treats are also made for various purposes. Veterinarians make dog treats so that they can disguise medications for various illnesses inside the dog treat. Sometimes they also mix it too. Some dofg treats can be crunchy or chewy. This is because they are made for cleaning a dog's teeth. Also some are made to aid in the dog's digestive process of act as supplements.

They also are used a straining tools. When your dog does something good, it will be always proper to reward him. A pat on the head will do but what leaves a lasting impression to make your dog want to do it again is to give him a juicy dog treat. Unappetizing treats won't work. Make sure your dog likes the treat before you consider it a "dog treat".

You can also come up with your own special homemade treat. Slice up juice parts of meat or beef. Make rice balls, cheese balls and the like. Your dog will love it. Don't give your dog dried, bland and crummy stuff because he will only ignore it. Also avoid chocolate and chicken bones. Try some juicy cut and he certainly will crazy for it!

You can also make your very own dog biscuits. Stir in some milk and make some great biscuits. Usual doggy biscuits are multi grain dog biscuits, cheese dog biscuits, bacon dog biscuits and the like. If your dog has a special diet make a veggie dog biscuit as well .
